Does Kids Exercise interfere with your 9-year old couch potato? OR, A 7-year old video game addict? Do you have a 14-year-old text messaging fanatic?
Today the world is a proliferation of television, video games, computers, iPods and sitting in school, how does any kid get physical exercise? In the "old days" (couldn't resist saying that), children walked to school, went outdoors and played at recess getting much needed exercise and an outlet for all that energy children are known for. Kids exercise is vital! The bottom line is bodies need physical exercise and it can be a fun and entertaining way to spend some quality time with your spouse and children. Think of it this way, how much stress do you think you could shed if you forced in, to start with, a couple hours of kid time each week - OUTSIDE?
