Does your child have temper tantrums accompanied by those teeth-jarring, ear-shattering screams that show no signs of abating anytime soon?

Temper Tantrums are your child's way of expressing that he wants something and he doesn't know how to make it happen and as a result, all of his emotions are amped up in expressing that frustration.

How do you raise a happy, healthy child that is a pleasure to be around thereby avoiding their need for such displays of outrage at you or their environment?

Your reaction to his temper tantrum is crucial. If you choose the immediate and automatic and often incorrect response you will not be helping the child outgrow the need to use temper tantrums to deal with environment.
